There has been much discussion pertaining to the required good-faith certification necessary for the PPP loan request. This morning, May 13, the SBA issued additional guidance under their FAQ’s page on the SBA.gov website. Their guidance update provides a safe-harbor for loans for less than $2 million as having met the certification requirements. Below you will find an excerpt from the SBA website. For those with loans in excess of $2 million, we suggest you contact your DHJJ CPA to discuss.
