The next step in your accounting training is to take what you have learned in the classroom and apply it to real-world situations that challenge your mind. The DHJJ internship proy of engagements with talented professionals. Your primary function will be to prepare and review tax returns; consult with management of businesses; participate in the audit, review, and compilation of financial statements; and assist with special projects as assigned. Also, interns will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements from multiple industries. Our services help move individuals and companies beyond simple compliance and on to overall strategy, and you will be a part of this process.

Intern Requirements

  • Accounting major
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  • Car may be required to travel to client site
  • Commitment of 30-hours per week
