Who We Are Looking For

We are actively seeking Senior Tax Associates for our tax department. If you enjoy following the changes in taxation and working with clients to help them understand how the changes impact their business or personal lives, you will succeed on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of returns by preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local returns, as well as estimated payments and extensions for both businesses and individuals
  • Collaborate on federal and state audits
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to complete your work
  • Support Managers and Principals with economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
  • Provide tax research on a wide range of tax issues, draft IRS responses, and other taxing authority inquiries
  • Work with leaders on special projects

Required Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extensive experience in accounting and tax preparation
  • Willingness to take initiative and find solutions
  • Ability to perform successfully both on a team, as well as independently
  • Produce high-quality work under deadlines
  • Particular attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred or in the process of taking the exam
  • At least 2 years experience working in tax
