The next step in your accounting training is to take what you have learned in the classroom and apply it to real-world situations that challenge your mind. The DHJJ internship program is for enthusiastic accounting college students who want to enhance their knowledge of the profession.
During your internship, you will work on a variety of engagements with talented professionals. Your primary function will be to prepare and review tax returns; consult with management of businesses; participate in the audit, review, and compilation of financial statements; and assist with special projects as assigned. Also, interns will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements from multiple industries. Our services help move individuals and companies beyond simple compliance and on to overall strategy, and you will be a part of this process.

Intern Requirements
- Accounting major
- Strong academic credentials
- Proficient with Excel
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
- Car may be required to travel to client site
- Commitment of 30-hours per week
