Who We Are Looking For

We are actively seeking Associates for our Accounting Services Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, perform bank reconciliations, record adjusting journal entries, account analysis
  • Process payroll and prepare quarterly payroll returns
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to complete your work
  • Support Managers and Principals with economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
  • Work with leaders on special projects
  • Sharpen your area of interest by performing technical research and participating in company-wide ongoing training initiatives
  • Understand DHJJ’s products and services and how to implement them to promote client growth and retention 
  • Provide thorough and timely client service, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Strive to consistently demonstrate DHJJ’s core values of Faith, Family, Excellence, Respect, Success, Service, and Fun

Required Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Willingness to take initiative and find solutions
  • Ability to perform successfully both on a team, and independently
  • Produce high-quality work under deadlines
  • Particular attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience
