Meaghan Figg is a Principal at DHJJ and the leader of the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice Group, with a special emphasis on multi-state taxation. Her passion is communicating closely with clients to build strong personal relationships as well as helping them grow financially.
Serving a wide swath of industries, her clients include service firms, manufacturing operations, retailers, wholesalers and others. These business owners look to Meaghan for her expertise with their state and local taxes as well as sales and payroll taxes, accounting and QuickBooks support. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a licensed CPA.
Meaghan is an active member of both the American Institute of CPAs and Illinois CPA Society. She earned her B.S. in Accounting at Elmhurst University.
Outside of Work:
Meaghan lives in Winfield, Illinois with her two dogs.
She also helps the animals in her community through her volunteer work at a local Humane Society.
Meaghan exercises a lot — 4 to 5 hours a day — running is her favorite. After all that working out, she treats herself to homemade baked treats.
