Dan Polak is the Director of Business Development at DHJJ. His career began in 2005, and over the years, he has amassed extensive experience in the insurance brokering and banking industries. Prior to joining DHJJ, he held the position of Regional Sales Leader at USI Insurance, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving business growth and providing strategic solutions to clients. Dan’s deep understanding of both financial services and insurance enables him to support businesses in their growth and sustainability, offering a unique blend of expertise that helps clients navigate complex challenges.

Dan’s career path has been shaped by a strong desire to help businesses at every stage of their journey. He initially chose the banking industry to facilitate business growth, recognizing the critical role that financial services play in a company’s development. Later, he transitioned into the insurance industry to protect businesses from potential losses, ensuring that they had the necessary safeguards in place. Now, at DHJJ, Dan combines his expertise in these areas with accounting services to support the overall growth and sustainability of the businesses he works with.

• A native and resident of Naperville, Dan enjoys a rich and fulfilling family life. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have two daughters.
