She has over 20 years of experience in industries ranging from manufacturing and utility services to marketing, warehousing, and international companies. Passionate about problem-solving and using data to drive decisions, Sandi thrives in turning around operations and enhancing overall business performance.

With a unique blend of expertise in fractional CFO services, financial statement preparation, and strategic financial analysis, she excels at helping businesses improve processes, reduce costs, and drive efficiency. Sandi’s background includes significant hands-on experience with HRIS, ERP, and WMS system implementations, as well as working in senior leadership roles such as COO.

Sandi received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

• Sandi calls Plainfield, IL home, where she stays busy with her husband, two kids, and three lovable dogs. 

   

• Sandi is actively involved in the C12 Leadership Group and serves as a board member for the Just Cause Create Joy non-profit, where she contributes her expertise to both leadership development and community impact.
