Jacob Reed is a Senior Tax Associate with five years of experience in the accounting industry. He specializes in tax services and has experience in business, high-net-worth individuals, trust, and gift tax returns. His client base includes businesses in manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare.

 

While in college, Jacob discovered that accounting aligned perfectly with his love for logical thinking and problem solving. He is driven, perceptive, and kind, and is always working to improve his efficiency while giving careful attention to his clients. He was drawn to DHJJ, not only because of the firm’s technical expertise, but also the kindness and collaborative spirit of the team..

 

Jacob holds bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Italian from Dominican University. He earned his CPA designation in 2024.

Outside Of Work

  • His favorite vacation was his honeymoon in Tuscany with his wife, Jenny. 

     

  • His favorite movie is Ferris Bueller's Day Off. 

     

  • Jacob enjoys homebrewing in his free time and has said that, if not for accounting, he could see himself as a brewmaster at a microbrewery.
