Foundation supports children with congenital heart disease and funds revolutionary research.
July 11, 2023—DHJJ CPAs is the premier sponsor of the Chipping Away Golf Tournament to benefit A Giving Heart Foundation. The tournament takes place on Monday, July 24 at the Ravisloe Country Club in Homewood, IL.
“Our firm has a history of supporting many causes in our communities and believes children should have a chance to experience the world without additional worries on them or their families,” Managing Director Rebecca Turner Maquet said. “We are proud to support this tournament to help raise funds for A Giving Heart Foundation.”
The first-place team at the tournament receives an all-expense paid trip to a Dormie Network golf course for each person on the winning team.
The Chipping Away tournament is the foundation’s largest event to raise funds to support children with congenital heart defects as well as revolutionary research. Last year, the event raised over $200,000 and is expected to surpass that this year.
