Scott Reczek joined DHJJ in 2017 as the Controller, bringing over 28 years of experience in public accounting, manufacturing, distribution, car rental, and logistics.
As Controller, Scott manages the financial aspects of the firm efficiently and expertly. He oversees all operations of the accounting department and provides comprehensive controls, budgets and reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles. His “whatever it takes” attitude makes him an effective leader not only internally with members of the firm, but with external clients as well.
Scott grew up in Elmhurst and is a graduate of Elmhurst College. Now a Wheaton resident, Scott, his wife Gabi, and their 3 children participate in a number of ministries at their church and he is also the Treasurer at the Greenhouse Co-School.
Outside of Work:
Scott loves music and is a self-taught rhythm guitar player.
He has gone skydiving and would actually do it again!
Scott’s been coaching his kids’ baseball teams for the past 12 years. He also enjoys golf and hockey.
