Samantha is a Senior Manager at DHJJ with over 17 years of CFO, accounting, and assurance experience. Her extensive experience in both public accounting and private industry has positioned her to effectively balance priorities between operational demands and external compliance requirements.
Samantha’s role is transforming complexity into easy-to-understand insights to enable accurate and timely decisions. She prides herself on being a strategic visionary and performance-focused finance expert skilled in driving initiatives, streamlining processes, and delivering results. She focuses on knowing how to run the business, building and leading a strong team, communicating effectively across the organization, and seeing the big picture.
She assists clients with a broad range of accounting and assurance projects and engagements. She can provide essential accounting assistance with financial policy and process, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, acquisition integrations, reporting, and KPIs. She also executes attestation services including, audits, reviews, compilations, and employee benefit plan audits.
A childhood interest in learning and developing new skills led Samantha to a career in finance. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting and Hotel & Restaurant Management from the College of the Ozarks. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Outside of Work:
Samantha lives in Wisconsin, and when she isn’t cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, she can be found coaching her kid’s volleyball and cross-country teams.
You’ll find her vacationing somewhere warm where she can be active. Hiking, kayaking, and boating all check the boxes.
As much as she loves to take vacations, she also likes to plan them! Family and friends come to Sam to put together vacations tailored for them.
