Rae Anne Payleitner is a Process Consultant for DHJJ. Rae Anne specializes in helping businesses and business leaders find strategic, administrative, and creative solutions to refocus and streamline their respective models and operations.
Rae Anne has many assorted competencies, skills, and experiences that allow her to determine growth areas and execute meaningful and efficient change. She can assist with everything from day-to-day procedural management to large-scale restructuring, leadership changes, and staff evolution. She wants to help businesses reach their full potential with practical yet big-thinking ideas and implementation.
Rae Anne grew up in St. Charles, Illinois. She studied Business & Law at West Point, where she was the starting catcher for the Army softball team, and at University College Dublin, Ireland. Rae Anne’s hobbies include boxing, pottery, slow-pitch softball leagues, trivia nights, and ice fishing when away from her desk. She also co-wrote a book with her father titled GirlDad.
