Lita Jimenez is an Outsourced CFO at DHJJ, providing services for businesses that need part-time or interim Chief Financial Officer experience.
Lita’s industry experience includes manufacturing, railcar leasing, railroad, grain and commodity processing, terminal operations, and inland marine operations. Her strengths are analytical thinking, accounting procedures, budgeting, cash forecasting, due diligence, financing, legal documentation of transactions, and incorporation of new businesses into the company’s standard procedures.
Her previous engagements included many opportunities to participate in the acquisition and divestiture of operations. Lita prepares analyses for investment, including ROI, EBITDA, ROE, and synergistic benefits. She is also skilled in the preparation of analytical and strategic information relating to new projects or significant proposals to present to the Board of Directors. Lita has experience in capsulizing historical information, creating pro forma financial information, and the overall summation of the business operations for a business presentation to a potential buyer.
Lita holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri and passed the CPA exam. She was the past president of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Her volunteer work includes serving as Chairman of the Delnor Hospital Audit committee, serving on the Capital Campaign Committee, and as the Finance Committee chairperson at her church and various roles in youth sports organizations.

Lita has resided in St. Charles, IL since 1997, is married and mother of three grown children, and has one grandchild.
She enjoys traveling, including but not limited to, visiting two of the three kids who live out of state.
Lita considers herself a sports fan! She especially enjoys watching NCAA volleyball, hockey, and football.
