Julie Galbato is a Senior Manager at DHJJ’s St. Charles office. With over 16 years at the firm and 30 years in public accounting, Julie has a deep understanding of the many facets of tax, accounting and business strategy that can help her clients succeed.
As a generalist whose well-rounded professional background touches nearly every aspect of accounting, Julie serves clients in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution and professional services. She provides general accounting, business and personal tax services and works closely with the many specialized teams at the firm to provide comprehensive support for her clients.
In addition, Julie acts as a controller for businesses who need assistance with financial oversight but may not be quite large enough to require a full time in-house CFO or controller. She also provides budget guidance so her business clients can plan for the future, chart how they will get there and have a solid financial management tool that ensures accountability.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College.

Julie and her husband have been married for 30 years.
She has four children and one grandchild.
She enjoys travel, gardening, reading, and sports.
