Emma Sepke brings almost a decade of marketing experience to her role as Marketing Manager at DHJJ. With a solid background in digital marketing, marketing strategy, and both internal and external communication, Emma is committed to enhancing our marketing efforts and delivering results that reflect DHJJ’s commitment to excellence.
Before joining DHJJ, Emma honed her business-to-business marketing skills at a professional liability insurance firm, leading successful projects that increased engagement and optimized marketing strategies. In 2019, she was named one of the top women in marketing in Chicago by Digital Megaphone, a marketing education and networking group.
Growing up in Wheaton, Illinois, Emma graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She then went on to earn her MBA and Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
Outside of Work:
Emma still lives in Wheaton, along with her husband Austin, and her dog Hazel.
Emma’s family has a summer home in northern Wisconsin, which is her favorite place. She loves spending time on the lake – boating, fishing, and swimming.
If Emma wasn’t an award-winning marketing professional, she may have been a world-famous meteorologist! Emma loves weather and severe storms. She’s even been on a storm chase; unfortunately, she didn’t see a tornado that day, so she went home and watched the movie “Twister” to pretend like she saw one.
