Brett Fichte has been working with DHJJ since 2023 as an Outsourced CFO. His experience as a global financial and operational executive garnered respect for increasing sales, profitability, and efficiency – as well as transforming accounting and finance functions – for multi-unit B2B and B2C businesses.
As CFO, Brett leverages competency as a trusted advisor to businesses. He aims to improve enterprise-wide efficiency by developing key financial and operating metrics to drive transparent and consistent benchmarking.
His experience includes leading and mentoring a team of ~20 global financial controllers and the corporate finance team, CIO, and legal functions in evolving business landscapes within first- and third-world countries during multiple economic downturns and challenging global geopolitical events.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, awarded from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. He later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.
